At River of Love Cabins, you will find 7 very unique cabins, all with very different personalities. Although they are different, they do have a few similarities. You will find that all cabins have a hammock to take the perfect nap in, a fire pit to enjoy the open country sky, a grill for the perfect steak, and are all equipped with your basic needs. 6 out of the 7 cabins have a private covered hot tub. The Greenbriar Cabin isn't furnished with a hot tub, but don't let that stop you from booking. It has a large jacuzzi bath for two, on the inside, and a private outdoor shower, with a large wrap-around porch. Please check the cabins out below and book your stay now! Green Briar Cabin

Green Briar Cabin is a beautiful, private log cabin, hand-crafted by our family. Similar to many of the old fashion log homes. It is made out of oak, cedar, and Boise d’arc. This cabin is located near the bank of a natural spring-fed creek and is equipped with a large two-person jacuzzi tub. This cabin also has a unique private outside shower, also made out of cedar. If you enjoy sitting outside, you will love the large walk-around porch on the Green Briar. This cabin is also within hiking distance to the Red River and only minutes away from WinStar World Casinos, Lake Murray, and many other area attractions. Extra amenities include hammock, grill, fire pit, fire wood, and DVD's to watch after your day of exploring the beautiful nature.

Love Train Caboose

The Love Train is an authentic 1949 Missouri Pacific Caboose that was in service for many years and was finally retired in 1983. Our most unique “cabin” to date, this dwelling has really gone places! After purchase, we completely gutted and renovated the entire structure, keeping the original equipment as we went for a real step backward in time! In addition to the amenities listed below, the Red River is within hiking distance, and you’re only minutes away from WinStar World Casinos, Lake Murray, and many other area attractions. Extra amenities include hammock, grill, fire pit, fire wood, hot tub, and DVD's to watch after your day of exploring the beautiful nature.

By booking with River of Love, you agree to the following policies. These guidelines help us maintain a clean, safe, and peaceful experience for all guests. Violations may result in fees, eviction without refund, or refusal of future reservations.

Check-In & Stay Requirements:
•Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
•Early check-in may be offered if available
•Late check-out must be approved in advance ($20/hour if unauthorized)
•Primary guest must be 21+, present during the stay, and responsible for all guests

Payments & Cancellations:
•50% deposit due at booking
•Remaining balance charged 7 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy:
•Cancellations made 10+ days prior: deposit refunded
•Within 10 days: deposit is non-refundable
•Day-of cancellations & no-shows: 100% charge (no refunds)
Cancellations must be confirmed by phone or email with management.
•Reservation changes: $25 fee
•Approved refunds: $25 processing fee

Off-Grid Experience:
Our cabins are intentionally off-grid (no cable tv) with limited cell service-
(NO WIFI). Please plan accordingly. For emergencies, you may share our contact number — we will personally deliver urgent messages to your cabin.

Pet Policy (Strictly Enforced)
Non-pet-friendly cabins:
Pets are not allowed — minimum $300 fee if violated

Pet-friendly cabins:
•Max 2 pets (fees apply)
•No cats allowed
•All pets must be declared at booking
•Pets must be crated when unattended
•No pets on furniture or in hot tubs
•Excess cleaning fees may apply
•Pets must be treated for fleas/ticks and up to date on vaccinations

Smoking Policy:
•No smoking inside cabins
•Violations may result in a $500 cleaning fee

Cleaning & Damages:
•Leave cabin reasonably tidy (dishes washed, trash bagged)
•Excess cleaning: $25–$150
•Guests are responsible for damages or missing items

Additional fees:
•Hot tub misuse: $50–$100
•Lost items return: $20 + shipping
•Missing keys: $25

Property Rules:
•No ATVs, fireworks, or firearms
•Fires allowed only in designated areas and must be fully extinguished

Guest Responsibility:
Any issues must be reported upon arrival or before the first night.
We are unable to offer refunds for concerns reported after this time.

Liability:
By staying with us, guests assume all risks associated with the property.
River of Love is not liable for injury, loss, or damage during your stay.

Travel Disruptions:
Our standard cancellation policy applies to all circumstances, including illness or travel disruptions. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

AUTO-COLLECT

At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.

SCHEDULED DEPOSIT

7 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Applies to: all reservations.
