Q: Are pets allowed?
A: As much as we love pets, they are only allowed in the Creekside Cottage, with a pet fee.

Q: Are packages included in the room rates?
A: 
Packages are like sprinkles on a cupcake—extra, but oh-so-worth it. They're not included in the base rate, but you can add them on when booking!

Q: Is there a minimum stay required?
A: Single nights are now available in: The Love Train Caboose, Precious Cargo, and Greenbriar Cabins during the weekdays.

Q: Do you have a waiting list if my dates are unavailable?
A: Yes, if desired dates are unavailable-sign up on our waiting list on the specific dates and desired cabin. You will be contacted if current guest cancels for any reason.

Q: Where are you located?

We are located between Dallas and Oklahoma City in Thackerville, Oklahoma. Click here for a more specific location.

Q: How close is WinStar Casino?
A: Just a short drive away—close enough to hit the jackpot, far enough to still hear crickets at night.

Q: How close is Lake Murray?
A: 20 minutes away

Q: How close are the cabins to the water?
A: 
The river is nearby and easy to get to—perfect for quiet moments, dipping your toes, or snapping that golden hour pic. We also have a creek that runs through the property. 

Q: How far are the units apart from one another?
A: 
Each cabin sits on its own private slice of land—no shared walls, no awkward hot tub eye contact. Promise. 

Q: Can we bring a boat or ATV?
 
A: 
Absolutely—bring 'em on! We've got plenty of parking. Just a heads-up: our trails are for feet, not wheels. We are about 20 mins from Lake Murray which also has trails! 

Q: Are the cabins equipped with air-conditioning and heat?
A: 
They sure are! Whether it's a toasty night in or an escape from the Oklahoma heat, we've got you covered.

Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
A: Yes, we do have a cancellation fee. A 10-day notice for cancellations required. If you cancel within 10 days of your reservation, you will lose your initial deposit. Voicemail/messages/emails are NOT accepted for cancellations. YOU MUST CALL and speak to someone directly. There is a non-refundable cancellation fee of $25.00 on all cancellations unless you purchase the trip cancelation insurance during your booking process. Cancellations made the day of check-in are considered no shows and will be charged FULL PRICE. 

Q: Do you provide firewood for the fire pits?
A: 
We provide enough firewood for one fire, but if you want to keep the flames going, you'll need to bring some extras with you!

Q: Do the hot-tubs work?

A: Ohhh yes. Every cabin comes with a private hot tub under the stars—no sharing, no judgment. It is drained & sanitized after every guest! 

Q: Do the units have phone service?

A: 
No cell service here, but rest assured, you'll have our personal contact details in your confirmation email. If something urgent comes up at home, we'll personally deliver the message, even in the middle of the night. We're here for you.

Q: What should we bring?

A: Just the essentials: comfy clothes, good company, and maybe your favorite meals/snacks. We've got the rest covered. We do provide DVD's/Cd's in each cabin, but don't forget to download your music if that's important to you while you're soaking in the hot-tub or grilling out. One more thing, bug spray for summer time, tiki oil and extra firewood if desired. 

Q: Are the units equipped with satellite cable or Wi-Fi?
A: Nope—and that's kind of the point. Think starry skies > screen time.

Q: Do you offer senior citizen, military, or police discounts?
A: No, but we do offer specials and last-minute deals. You can join our list of subscribers by liking our Facebook page.

Q: What time is check-in/ can we arrive late?
A: Check-in is at 4 PM (just in time for golden hour), and check-out is 11 AM. We'll miss you already! 

Q: What time is check-out?
A: 11:00 A.M unless the Noon (late) check-out is purchased during reservations.

Q: Can any romance packages be added after reservations are made?
A: It's always best to add the package while reservations are being made, although you can now add a package later by calling. Keep in mind that we require 24-hour notice on most packages.

Q: Are the roads paved to the cabins?
A: Paved roads get you close, but you'll switch to gravel just before the cabins. It's a scenic little detour to your getaway!

Q: Can I surprise my significant other by keeping our reservations a secret?
A:
 Absolutely! Just use a private email and payment method when booking. Our system is automated, so the confirmation will go to the email you use—no extra contact from us. Make sure to note it's a surprise on your reservation, and we'll keep it hush-hush!

Q: Are children allowed?
A: Most are couples only (date night vibes) but the kids are welcomed at the Creekside-Cottage. 

Q: Do you offer trip Insurance? 
A: Yes, during the booking process you can select trip insurance. With it you can cancel any-time without penalty.
